Crusader Football Camp                        $100

Coach Darrell Pantalone and Staff 
June 17 – 20
9 – 11 AM
Grades: 6 – 9*
Wear shorts, t-shirt and bring football cleats.

Boys’ Basketball Camp                          $200

June 10 – 13
9 AM – 3 PM
Grades: 7 – 10*
Wear shorts, a T-shirt, and basketball shoes, and bring a lunch.


Volleyball Camp                                   Session I (All Day): $250
 Session I (Half Day): $175

July 22 – 25
Session I (All Day):  9 AM - 3 PM,  Grades 3-8*
Session I (Half Day):  9 AM - Noon, Grades 3-8*
Session II: 6 PM - 9 PM, Grades 9-12*

Wear shorts, t-shirt, court shoes and knee pads.  Bring a snack and water for 1/2 day camp - for full day camp, also bring a lunch.


Girls’ Lacrosse Camp                           $140

June 3-6
5:30 - 8:00 PM
Grades:  5 – 9*
Wear shorts, t-shirt cleats, and mouth guard.  Stick can be provided, if needed.
 

Baseball Camp                               $250

9 AM - 3 PM
Grades:  5 – 9*
Wear baseball clothes, and bring a glove, a bat, cleats, and sneakers, and bring a lunch.


Introduction to Fitness                            $50

SMCA Coaching Staff
June 3 – 6
4:30 – 6 PM
Grades: 6 - 9*
Basic instruction on weight training and conditioning with a focus on training the young athlete on the proper form for strength training and conditioning.  If registering for Strength & Conditioning camp as well, the $50 will apply towards the fee for the S&C camp. Wear shorts, a T-shirt and good cross training shoes. 


Strength & Conditioning Camp             $200

Everyone will be off July 4th
The focus will be on strength, quickness and explosive movements. For those in middle school planning to take this camp – it is strongly recommended you complete Intro to Fitness first. The $50 registration will apply towards payment for this camp. Wear shorts, a T-shirt and good cross training shoes
