Parents’ Club Activities

  • Archangels – Reach out into the SMCA community, offering support to families in need of assistance

  • Hospitality – Provide refreshments at various school events

  • Teacher Appreciation – Acts of kindness from parents to show appreciation to the teachers and staff

  • Mothers in Prayer – Meets once a week for prayer in the school Chapel

  • Las Posadas – Traditional Mexican tamale dinner and mariachi party held in December and includes mass and re-enactment of the plight of Joseph and Mary to find shelter for the birth of Jesus

  • Junior/Senior Prom– Committee helps plan and organize this yearly event

  • SCRIP gift cards/Community Partners – Gift cards are available at school.  Please support this important program which supports teachers' wish lists, professional development, et.  The Parent Club provides support with inventory management, ordering, and helping sell cards at major events.

  • Mother/Daughter Tea – A very special tradition held in the spring for junior and senior moms and daughters

  • Father/Son Outing – A fun filled day in the spring for junior and senior dads and sons

  • Poinsettia Sale – This fundraiser provides funds for the JR/SR Prom, Project Graduation, and the Senior Class gift
